Nope! 😂 Floral flavors should complement the food, not overpower it. We carefully balance our flowers and floral flavors so they're delicate and delicious—not perfumey. You get to be adventurous. We did the flower math for you.
What do edible flowers actually taste like?
It depends on the flower! Lavender is softly aromatic and herbal, rose is delicate and fragrant, and chamomile has a gentle, almost honey-like quality. We pair each flower with flavors that bring out its best qualities—so the flower adds something special without becoming the loudest thing in the room.
Do I need to know how to bake with flowers?
Not at all—that's the whole point! We've already figured out how much floral flavor to use and what to pair it with. Just follow the simple directions on your mix and enjoy. We did the flower math. You get the pretty part. 🌸
Where are your products made?
Our mixes are produced in our commercial kitchen in Texas in small batches. We don't mass-produce our products—we make them in small quantities so we can pay attention to freshness and quality.
