Production & Shipping

Please allow at least three weeks for production and delivery.

Our proposal boxes are individually personalized, and Keepsake glasses are specially produced before we assemble your finished gifts.

When ordering, select your preferred delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate it, but requested dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping options:

• Ship together: All boxes are sent to one address with complimentary shipping.

• Ship individually: Have gifts sent to separate recipients for an additional $10 per box. Enter the recipients' complete shipping addresses in the personalization section.

Please review all names, personalization details, floral themes, box styles, and shipping addresses carefully before placing your order.

Because these gifts are personalized, all sales are final except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by law.
