How to Prepare
Boil fresh, filtered water and let it cool slightly to about 190°F (88°C).
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Lavender Tea (or one tea bag) to a teapot or cup.
Pour 8 oz of hot water over the lavender and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain or remove the tea bag.
Enjoy as is, or add a touch of honey or lemon for extra flavor.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to preserve freshness.
