Lavender Simple Syrup for Coffee, Cocktails, Mocktails, Pancakes, Ice Cream, and More

Use our Lavender Simple Syrup in coffee, lemonade, tea, cocktails, mocktails, ice cream, on pancakes and waffles, or even add a splash in baking mixes to add a touch more lavender flavor. Once you taste the light and sweet flavor of our syrup, you will think of all kinds of ways to use it!

Our lavender-infused syrup is light and clean tasting and contains only natural ingredients (no artificial anything!)

The 12-ounce bottle is a beautiful pink color and is good for 6-10 months. Ideally, you should refrigerate it after opening, but it will stay good on the counter, too! We shipped our lavender simple syrup in a box to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Here are some fun lavender cocktail recipes:

Lavender Lemon Drop
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup

To make:
Combine all ingredients in ice and then pour into a glass. Rim the glass with our lavender sugar and enjoy!

Lavender Margarita
Ingredients:
2 oz tequila or mezcal
1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz triple sec, such as Cointreau
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup

To Make:
Combine all ingredients and rim the glass with our lavender sugar.

Lavender French 75
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lavender simple syrup
Top with chilled champagne

To make:
Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute except for the champagne. Once mixed, top off the glass with chilled champagne and enjoy!

About The Flower Food Company
A few years ago, my neighbors would beg me to make my "famous" lavender brownies. A couple of local shops asked me to supply my brownies to them so they could sell them. I passed at the time - wanting to take my unique flavors to a wider audience. 

I decided to make my recipe into a mix and my lavender brownie mix was born. I began selling it at a local market and soon realized that people loved it and kept coming back for more.
That's when my dream began to take shape. I would lay awake at night thinking about all the mixes I could create- all with edible flowers. My next mix was Lavender Shortbread Cookies, then I moved on to Rose Petal Tea Cake. Soon, I had more mixes than I knew what to do with - and I'm not done. (Daisy Chiffon Cake, anyone? Follow my shop and wait for it!)
I opened a website so my customers at the market could buy my mixes anytime, and then decided to open an Etsy shop to expand my reach. And that's how you found me.
I'm new at Etsy, but I've been making people happy with my baking mixes for years.
